Ingredients
- 1 (1 lb.) loaf frozen white bread dough
- 3 Tbsp. melted butter
- 1 c. shredded Jack cheese
- 2 Tbsp. diced green chiles
Directions

1Allow dough to thaw at room temperature.

2On lightly floured board, roll dough out to 14 x 12-inch rectangle.

3Brush dough with 1 tablespoon butter and sprinkle with cheese and chiles.

4Beginning from long side, tightly roll dough up jelly roll fashion.

5Place seam side down on baking sheet, pinching ends together to form oval.

6With sharp knife or scissors, cut slashes in dough at 1-inch intervals.

7Brush dough with remaining butter.

8Allow to rise until doubled in size.

9Bake at 375° for 15 to 20 minutes.

10Remove from pan immediately and allow to cool on wire rack.

11Makes 8 servings.
