  • 1 deep dish pie shell (I prefer frozen)
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 cup half-and-half cream
  • 1 lb monterey jack cheese (grated)
  • 1 (4 1/2 ounce) can diced green chilies
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 12 teaspoon black pepper

    Preheat oven to 350

    Combine eggs, half & half, cheese, chiles, salt and pepper and whisk together.

    Pour into pie crust.
