- 1 c. processed American cheese
- 1/2 c. Cheddar cheese
- 1/4 c. light cream or evaporated milk
- 1 medium fresh tomato, finely chopped
- 1 or more fresh, frozen or canned green chilies, finely chopped
- 1/8 tsp. garlic powder
- 2 green onions, finely chopped
Directions

1Cube the cheeses and melt together over low heat.

2After cheese melts, add cream, stirring constantly.

3Add chopped tomato, chopped chilies, chopped green onion and garlic powder.

4Stir to blend flavors, adding more cream if desired.

5Heat for about 15 minutes.

6Best if made a day ahead and reheated.
