  • 2 1/2 lb. canned tomatoes, chopped and drained
  • 1 large onion, chopped
  • 1/2 lb. bacon, sliced
  • 1 1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese
  • 1/2 lb. sharp Cheddar cheese
  • 1 glove garlic or more
  • 1 can chili peppers, drained well

    Brown bacon and onion.

    Melt cheese in double boiler and add all other ingredients.

    Serve warm in chafing dish or fondue with corn chips.
