- 2 c. cottage cheese
- 1 (No. 303) can creamed corn
- 1 c. yellow corn meal
- 4 eggs
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 cube butter, melted
- 1 small can Ortega diced green chiles
- 1 bar Cracker Barrel sharp Cheddar or other brand
- paprika
Directions

1Put first 7 ingredients together in large bowl, beat about 1 minute until well blended.

2Grease 9 x 13-inch pan.

3Place half of mix in pan, spreading evenly.

4Sprinkle chopped chiles over batter.

5Sprinkle all of cheese over chiles.

6Spread rest of batter on top of cheese.

7Sprinkle with paprika.

8Bake in 350° oven 1 hour.
