- 1 medium Onion
- 1 green pepper
- 1 red bell pepper
- 1/4 bunch Cilantro
- 2 clove garlic
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp White Sugar
- 2 cup Water
- 1/4 cup Blanco Tequila
- 15 Arbol Chiles (destemed)
Directions

1Add Water, Tequila, Garlic, Salt, cilantro and Sugar to blender.

2Make sure it's cilantro leaves, not stems.

3Blend until mixed.

4Poor into a container.

5Thinly slice Peppers and onions.

6Add peppers and onions to container.

7I don't add all the pepper and oniin.

8I just eyeball it to where the juice is not overcrowded

9Let container sit room temperature for an hour or 2.

10Refrigerate another 2 or so.

11Add to tacos and enjoy..
