- 10 Large eggs
- 1 teaspoon baking pwdr
- 2 c. cottage cheese
- 1/3 c. butter, melted & cooled
- 1/2 c. flour
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 4 c. grated Jack cheese
- 2 (4 ounce.) cans diced chilies
Directions

1Beat Large eggs in large bowl, beat in flour, butter, baking pwdr and salt.

2Mix together cottage cheese, Jack cheese and chilies, and add in to egg mix.

3Blend till smooth and pour into well buttered 9 x 13 inch pan.

4Bake at 350 degrees till puffy and golden, approximately 45 min to 1 hour.

5Egg Beaters may be used in place of Large eggs.
