  • 3/4 lb. shredded Monterey Jack cheese
  • 1/2 lb. shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 1 (4 oz.) can chopped green chile peppers
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 Tbsp. milk
  • 2 Tbsp. flour

Directions

    Mix cheeses together.

    Layer cheeses and chiles in a 9-inch square pan.

    Beat eggs until light and fluffy; add milk.

    Slowly sprinkle in flour; mix well.

    Pour mixture over cheese and chiles. Bake at 350° for 50 minutes.
