- 3/4 lb. shredded Monterey Jack cheese
- 1/2 lb. shredded Cheddar cheese
- 1 (4 oz.) can chopped green chile peppers
- 2 eggs
- 2 Tbsp. milk
- 2 Tbsp. flour
Directions

1Mix cheeses together.

2Layer cheeses and chiles in a 9-inch square pan.

3Beat eggs until light and fluffy; add milk.

4Slowly sprinkle in flour; mix well.

5Pour mixture over cheese and chiles. Bake at 350° for 50 minutes.

6Let cool in pan for 10 minutes, then cut into small pieces.
