- 1 lb. shredded Monterey Jack cheese
- 1 lb. shredded Cheddar cheese
- 1 can chopped green chilies (small)
- 3 c. milk
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1 c. Bisquick
Directions

1In a 9 x 14-inch pan, put a layer of Monterey Jack, then 1/2 can chilies, next a layer of Cheddar cheese, then the rest of the chilies.

2Mix eggs and milk together.

3Add Bisquick and pour over mixture.

4Bake at 350° for 1 hour.
