  • 1 lb. shredded Monterey Jack cheese
  • 1 lb. shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 1 can chopped green chilies (small)
  • 3 c. milk
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1 c. Bisquick

Directions

    In a 9 x 14-inch pan, put a layer of Monterey Jack, then 1/2 can chilies, next a layer of Cheddar cheese, then the rest of the chilies.

    Mix eggs and milk together.

    Add Bisquick and pour over mixture.

    Bake at 350° for 1 hour.
