- 11 oz. whole green chile
- 3/4 lb. Jack and Cheddar cheeses
- 4 eggs, separated
- 1 large can evaporated milk
- 1 Tbsp. flour
- 1 tsp. salt
- 2 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce
Directions

1Take 1/2 of can of green chile and line bottom of oblong casserole dish.

2Layer with strips of Jack cheese, remaining chile and Cheddar cheese.

3Beat egg whites until stiff.

4Beat egg yolks and evaporated milk.

5Then add together and beat.

6Add flour and salt; beat and pour over layers.

7Bake at 325° for 45 minutes.

8Top with tomato sauce and cook another 30 minutes.
