  • 2 (4 oz.) cans whole green chilies
  • 1 1/2 lb. Monterey Jack cheese, grated
  • 4 beaten eggs
  • 1/2 c. milk
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 1/2 tsp. dry mustard

Directions

    Grease a 9 x 12-inch baking dish.

    Spread one half of the chilies on the bottom.

    Combine last five ingredients together. Cover chilies with one half of the cheese and one half of egg mixture, repeat.

    Bake at 350° for 35 to 40 minutes.
