- 1 1/2 lb. Monterey Jack cheese, grated
- 4 beaten eggs
- 1/2 c. milk
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
Directions

1Grease a 9 x 12-inch baking dish.

2Spread one half of the chilies on the bottom.

3Combine last five ingredients together. Cover chilies with one half of the cheese and one half of egg mixture, repeat.

4Bake at 350° for 35 to 40 minutes.
