- 1 c. Bisquick
- 1/3 c. milk
- 1/4 c. mayonnaise, divided
- 1 lb. pork sausage
- 1/2 c. chopped onion
- 1 egg, beaten
- 2 c. (8 oz.) shredded Cheddar cheese
- 1 (4 oz.) can chopped green chiles, drained
Directions

1Combine biscuit mix, milk and 2 tablespoons mayonnaise; stir well.

2Spread mixture in a greased 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking dish; set aside.

3Cook sausage and onion in a skillet until meat is browned, stirring to crumble meat.

4Drain well between paper towels.

5Layer sausage mixture over biscuit mixture.

6Combine egg, cheese, remaining mayonnaise and chiles; spread over sausage mixture.

7Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.

8Let stand 5 minutes before serving.

9Makes 8 servings or about 40 appetizers.
