- 6 long green chiles
- 6 oz. favorite cheese
- 2 eggs
- 1/3 c. flour
- 1/2 c. oil (vegetable)
Directions

1Roast chiles and peel.

2Stuff chiles with cheese.

3Cut in long strips.

4Cover the stuffed chiles with flour.

5Mix the egg white until fluffy and add the yolk.

6Beat for 5 minutes.

7When mixture is ready, dip chiles in mixture and put in hot oil until brown. Turn to other side until brown.
