- 2 lb. hamburger meat
- 1 pkg. Williams chili mix
- 1/2 pkg. stew mix (about 9 tsp.)
- 1 tsp. ground cumin powder
- 2 cans tomato sauce
- 2 cans Bush chili hot beans
- 1 chopped onion
- 1 or more chopped (bulb) garlic
- 2 c. water
- 1 Tbsp. salt (optional)
Directions

1Steam hamburger meat in covered skillet until rawness is gone; stir several times.

2Drain off grease and extra liquid.

3Add chili mix, stew mix, cumin, tomato sauce, beans, onion and garlic.

4Add 2 cups water, also make up the extra that you poured off of liquid.

5You can add salt but is hard on high blood pressure, but is good with no salt added.

6Crackers is enough.

7Cook in crock-pot about 2 1/2 hours.

8Freezes well.
