  • 1 pkg. Carol Shelby's chili spice mix
  • 2 lb. ground chuck
  • 2 cans salsa style stewed tomatoes
  • 2 cans Bush's Best chili hot beans
  • 2 cans tomato sauce (14 1/2 oz.)
  • 2 cans tomato paste
  • 2 medium onions
  • 3 1/2 c. water

    Brown meat; add onions, then drain well.

    Add remaining ingredients.

    Simmer for 30 minutes.

    Stir occasionally.

    Top with cheese and sour cream as desired.
