- 1 onion
- 1 green pepper
- 1 can vegeburger
- 1 (28 oz.) can stewed tomatoes
- 1 (16 oz.) can tomato paste
- 2 (16 oz.) cans kidney beans
Directions

1Chop onion and pepper.

2In large electric frypan or skillet, fry onion and pepper in a small amount of oil.

3Add stewed tomatoes and vegeburger, stirring constantly to brown vegeburger. Add tomato paste and beans.

4Cook until well heated.

5Season with garlic salt and onion powder to taste.

6Serve on top of Fritos with lettuce, cheese, tomato and sour cream and don't forget the hot sauce.
