  • 1 onion
  • 1 green pepper
  • 1 can vegeburger
  • 1 (28 oz.) can stewed tomatoes
  • 1 (16 oz.) can tomato paste
  • 2 (16 oz.) cans kidney beans

Directions

    Chop onion and pepper.

    In large electric frypan or skillet, fry onion and pepper in a small amount of oil.

    Add stewed tomatoes and vegeburger, stirring constantly to brown vegeburger. Add tomato paste and beans.

    Cook until well heated.

    Season with garlic salt and onion powder to taste.

    Serve on top of Fritos with lettuce, cheese, tomato and sour cream and don't forget the hot sauce.
