  • 3 lb. chili meat
  • 3 to 4 cloves garlic
  • 1/2 tsp. comino seed or 1 tsp. cumin
  • 3 Tbsp. flour
  • 1 qt. water
  • 2 large onions
  • 2 dried hot peppers
  • 3 dried chili peppers
  • 3 Tbsp. chili powder
  • salt and pepper to taste
