  • 2 lb. extra lean ground beef or stew beef
  • 1/2 large onion
  • 1 large can tomatoes
  • 1 (8 oz.) can chili beans
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 bell pepper
  • Gebhart's chili pepper
  • 1 (8 oz.) can kidney beans

Directions

    Brown beef, onion, pepper and garlic.

    Sprinkle about 4 tablespoons chili pepper on top.

    Add tomatoes.

    Add 1 tomato can full of water. Simmer 1 hour.

    Add salt and pepper to taste.

    Add beans, juice and all.

    Cook 15 to 20 minutes more.
