- 1 small onion
- 2 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. chili powder
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 2 Tbsp. vinegar

1Brown ground beef and onion.

3Add 2 tablespoons flour to beef and onion.

4Add chili beans, tomato juice, chili powder and enough water to make juice.

5Simmer for 30 minutes.
