- 1 lb. ground beef, browned and drained
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 15.5 oz. cans of kidney beans
- 1/2 of a 24 oz. jar of Chi-Chi's Thick and Chunky Mild Salsa
- 1/2 to 1 46 oz. can of tomato juice
- 2 28 oz. cans crushed tomatoes
- 1 7 oz. box of thin spaghetti, cooked
- 1 pkg. (1.75 oz.) French's Chili-O Original seasoning mix PLUS a heaping Tbsp. from another package
Directions

1Cook meat and onions together and drain.

2Cook spaghetti and drain.

3Put 2 cans of tomatoes in a large pot and pour in tomato juice.

4Add beans, salsa, and Chili-O mix and stir until blended well.

5Add meat, onions, and spaghetti.

6Simmer as long as you want.
