  • 1/2 c. chopped onion
  • 15 1/2 oz. can red kidney beans
  • 10 oz. can mild enchilada sauce
  • 8 3/4 oz. can whole kernel corn
  • 1/4 c. water
  • 1/2 tsp. salt

Directions

    In a 10-inch skillet, cook beef and onion until beef is browned and onion is tender.
