- 4 lb. ground chuck
- 6 Tbsp. chili powder
- 4 Tbsp. ground cumin
- 1 tsp. paprika
- 2 Tbsp. dried onion flakes
- 1 Tbsp. granulated garlic
- 1 can tomato juice (48 oz.)
Directions

1Brown ground chuck, then drain all grease from meat.

2Add chili powder, ground cumin, paprika, dried onion flakes and granulated garlic.

3Mix thoroughly.

4Add tomato juice and stir until it comes to a boil, then turn on low heat and simmer for about 2 hours.

5Stir frequently so chili doesn't stick to bottom.
