- 1 onion, chopped
- 3/4 stalk celery, chopped
- 1/2 stick margarine
- 1 lb. hamburger
- salt and pepper
- 1 (12 oz.) can tomato paste
- 1 pt. V-8 juice
- 1 can kidney beans, drained
- 4 Tbsp. margarine
- 1/2 c. plus 3 Tbsp. sugar
- 3 tsp. salt
- 3/4 c. frozen peas
- 2 tsp. chili powder
- 5 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 2 qt. water
- 3/4 c. macaroni (uncooked)
Directions

1Combine onion and celery with about 1 cup of water; put in microwave for 10 minutes.

2Put margarine in frypan.

3Add hamburger, salt and pepper.

4Brown thoroughly.

5Add celery and onion.

6Heat through.

7Put rest of ingredients, except macaroni, in large kettle.

8Heat through.

9Cook your macaroni.

10Add hamburger mixture and your cooked macaroni.

11Simmer through for about 30 to 45 minutes.
