- 1/2 c. chopped green pepper
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1 (1 lb.) can kidney beans
- 1 (8 oz.) can crushed tomatoes
- 1 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/8 tsp. cayenne pepper
- 2 tsp. chili powder
Directions

1Saute onion and green pepper in 2 tablespoons oil.

2Add ground beef, breaking apart with fork.

3Drain off excess fat.
