Ingredients

  • 3 lb. ground chuck
  • 1 large white onion
  • 4 cloves garlic, chopped
  • 5 Tbsp. chili powder
  • 1 Tbsp. cumin
  • 1 Tbsp. paprika
  • 1 Tbsp. oregano
  • 16 oz. can tomato sauce
  • salt to taste
  • 1 lb. Cheddar cheese, grated

Directions

    Cook ground chuck and then strain grease off meat.

    Add all other ingredients and let simmer on stove or in crock-pot.

    The longer it simmers, the better it is.
