- 2 oz. dried onions or 1/2 c. fresh onions, chopped
- 1 qt. tomato juice
- 1/2 qt. water
- 4 tsp. chili powder
- 1 qt. can kidney beans
- salt to taste
Directions

1Cook hamburger until done; drain.

2Add onions, chili powder, salt, tomato juice, water and kidney beans.

3Simmer until done. Can use 2 pounds hamburger.
