- 2 c. liquid from beans plus water
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 1/4 c. salad oil
- 1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
- 1 to 3 tsp. chili powder
Directions

1Brown meat and onion in oil.

2Stir to break meat in bite size pieces.

4Cover and cook 1 to 1 1/2 hours, stirring occasionally.
