- 1 lb. hamburger
- 1 chopped onion
- 1 pkg. Chili-O mix
- 1 can Brooks chili beans
- 1 large can tomato juice
- Cheddar cheese (optional)
Directions

1Brown hamburger and onion.

2Drain well; sprinkle Chili-O mix over meat and onion and stir it around.

3Sprinkle some chili powder onto meat.

4Stir in beans and simmer about 10 minutes. Gradually stir in tomato juice.

5Simmer 30 minutes or longer. Serve in individual bowls and sprinkle with Cheddar cheese.
