- 1 lb. ground beef or turkey
- 1 small green pepper, chopped
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 1 can pinto beans, drained
- 1 medium can stewed tomatoes
- 1 dash Texas Pete hot sauce
- 1/2 bottle hickory smoked barbecue sauce (may use regular barbecue sauce)
- 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 dash lemon pepper
- 1 dash garlic salt, oregano and chili powder
Directions

1Saute pepper and onion.

2Brown meat and drain excess fat.

3Mix all ingredients together and simmer for 30 to 40 minutes.

4Put in crock-pot and serve.
