  • 2 lb. ground beef
  • 2 lb. pinto beans
  • 2 medium cans tomato paste
  • 2 Tbsp. chili powder
  • 2 large onions, chopped
  • 1 c. green pepper, chopped
  • 1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
  • salt to taste

Directions

    Cook pinto beans ahead of time.

    Fry ground beef, onions and green pepper until well done.
  3. 3
    Add to beans, ground beef and chili powder.
  4. 4
    As you add the tomato paste, add 2 cans of water also. Add tomato sauce and another can of water.

    Mix together well and cook on low for about 1 hour.

    Salt to taste.
