- 1 can red kidney beans
- 2/3 tsp. pepper
- 1 garlic clove
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 or more cans water
- 3 Tbsp. oatmeal
- 1/3 tsp. red cayenne pepper
Directions

1Mix chili powder, garlic, pepper and salt.

2Brown with beef. Add beans, water and oatmeal.

3Simmer about 1 hour.

4Mash occasionally with potato masher.
