- 1 tsp. sugar
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 Tbsp. chili powder
- 46 oz. can tomato juice
- 1 c. diced celery
- 2 (15 1/2 oz.) cans chili beans
Directions

1Brown ground beef and onion together.

3Add flour 1 tablespoon at a time, stirring well after each addition. Mix remaining ingredients and simmer in a heavy pot.
