- 1 1/2 lb. ground chuck
- 1 (28 oz.) can tomatoes (undrained)
- 1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
- 1 to 2 (1 lb.) cans kidney beans (undrained)
- 3 tsp. instant minced onions
- 1 to 2 Tbsp. chili powder
- 2 tsp. salt
- 2 to 3 cloves garlic
- 1/2 c. red wine
- 2 Tbsp. sugar
Directions

1Crumble beef into a 2 1/2 to 3-quart casserole.

2Cook on High until cooked through.

3Add remaining ingredients; stir.

4Cover and microwave on High (until temperature reaches 190°) approximately 40 to 45 minutes.

5Stir chili and rotate dish halfway through cooking.

6After cooking, let stand 10 minutes to blend flavors.
