Ingredients
- 2 lb. ground chuck
- 1 pkg. chili powder
- 1 medium onion, diced
- 1 can mushroom soup
- 1 can tomato soup
- 1 can tomato sauce
- 1 can tomatoes, cut in pieces
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 can chili beans
- 1 c. water
- 1/4 tsp. oregano
- 2 bay leaves
- 2 small hot red peppers, chopped
- 2 Tbsp. butter
Directions

1Brown meat; add onion and chili powder.

2Mix well.

3Add tomatoes, soups, water, salt, pepper, oregano, bay leaves, hot peppers and butter.

4Cook on low heat for about 25 minutes.

5Place in warm crock-pot.

6Cook 10 to 12 hours.
