- 2 lb. ground chuck
- 1 c. chopped onion
- 1 (2.5 oz.) pkg. McCormick's chili seasoning
- 2 cans (14 1/2 oz. each) diced tomatoes
- 2 cans (15 oz. each) pork and beans (or chili beans)
- 5 1/4 c. water
Directions

1Combine beef and onions in soup pot.

2Cook over medium high heat until meat is lightly browned.

3Add seasoning, tomatoes, pork and beans, and water.

4Cook over medium heat for about 25 to 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.

5Makes 1 gallon.
