  • 3 lb. chili meat, salted and peppered
  • 4 Tbsp. cooking oil
  • 3 buttons garlic
  • 10 Tbsp. chili powder
  • 1 can tomato soup
  • 1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes and green chilies
  • 1 onion, finely chopped
  • 4 bay leaves
  • 1/2 tsp. sugar
  • 1 qt. water

Directions

    Brown chili meat with oil, garlic and chili powder until meat is done.

    Add meat mixture into 1 quart boiling water.

    Then add remainder of ingredients.

    Cook on low for 3 to 4 hours, adding more water as needed.
