  • 1 lb. hamburger
  • 2 onions, diced
  • 1 green pepper, diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 large can tomatoes, broken up
  • 1 can kidney beans
  • 1 can pinto beans
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 Tbsp. oil
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp. chili powder

Directions

    Saute onion, green pepper and garlic until soft.

    Remove from pot.

    Add hamburger and brown.

    Return the onion mixture to the pot and add salt, chili powder, tomatoes and beans.

    Cover and cook for 30 minutes.
