  • 15 oz Chili with beans
  • 1/2 cup gluten-free baking mix
  • 1/3 cup soymilk
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 tsp paprika

Directions

    Heat oven to 400F.

    Mix baking mix & milk until soft dough forms.

    Press dough in bottom of small ungreased square pan.

    Top with chili, then cheese.

    Sprinkle paprika over top.

    Bake for 25 minutes.

    Let set for 5 minutes before serving.
