- 1 egg, beaten
- 1/2 c. milk
- 2/3 c. rice, uncooked
- 3 tsp. chili powder
- salt to taste
- 1 can tomato soup or 1 can tomatoes
Directions

1Mix ingredients into balls the size of an egg.

2Make a sauce of tomatoes or tomato soup (dilute as directed) and add chili powder.

3Drop balls into liquid and cook for 2 hours on low heat.
