- 2 Tbsp. margarine
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 1/2 green bell pepper, cut up in pieces
- 2 cans red kidney beans (undrained)
- 1 can tomato soup
- 1 Tbsp. vinegar
- 1 lb. hamburg
- dash of pepper
- 2 Tbsp. chili powder
Directions

1In a large skillet, fry hamburg.

2When done, remove from pan and drain any fat with paper towel.

3Simmer onion, bell pepper and margarine until tender.

4Add cooked hamburg, tomato soup, beans, vinegar, pepper and chili powder; stir well.

5Cover and simmer on low heat for 30 minutes.

6Serve over cooked rice.

7Yields 6 to 8 servings.
