  • 2 lb. hamburger
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 1 large pkg. chili brick (XLNT brand, deli section)
  • 3 large cans small red beans*
  • 1 large can kidney beans*
  • 1 large can whole tomatoes, cut up
  • salt and pepper (if you want)

Directions

    Cook onion with hamburger.

    Melt chili brick with meat mixture.

    Add in beans and tomatoes.

    Salt and pepper if you want. Simmer about 1 hour; stir occasionally.
