  • 1 (No. 2) can tomato puree
  • 1 (30 oz.) can small red beans
  • 1 (30 oz.) can stewed tomatoes
  • 1 Tbsp. chili powder
  • 1 pinch garlic powder
  • 3 large white onions, diced
  • 3 to 4 strips diced celery
  • 1/4 bottle Louisiana hot sauce
  • 1 small pkg. brick chili
  • salt and pepper
