- 2 1/2 to 3 lb. chicken, cut up
- 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 6 Tbsp. butter
- 2 onions, thinly sliced
- 1 (12 oz.) bottle beer
- 1 c. chili sauce
Directions

1Preheat oven to 325°.

2Combine flour, salt and pepper.

3Dredge chicken in flour to coat.

4Melt butter in a skillet.

5Add chicken and 1 sliced onion.

6Cook until chicken is brown on all sides. Place chicken and cooked onion in a large baking dish.

7Combine beer and chili sauce.

8Pour over chicken.

9Place remaining sliced onion on top of chicken.

10Bake 45 minutes.
