Chili Casserole

- 2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 3/4 c. chopped onion
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1 lb. can tomatoes
- 2 (1 lb.) cans chili beans
- 8 oz. pkg. spaghetti
- 3 c. shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 c. sour cream
- 1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
Directions

1Melt the butter in a large skillet and brown the garlic, onion and ground beef.

2Drain off excess fat and add tomatoes and chili beans.

3Simmer for 45 minutes.

4Cook spaghetti according to package directions and drain.

5Remove skillet from heat and stir in cheddar cheese until melted.

6Fold in sour cream, add the spaghetti and mix well.

7Pour into 2 quart casserole and top with Parmesan cheese.

8Bake for 45 minutes at 350 degrees.

9Makes 10 to 12 servings.
