- 8 oz. sharp processed American cheese
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
- 1 dash red pepper or Tabasco
- 1/4 c. finely chopped nuts
- chili powder to taste
- paprika to taste
Directions

1Let cheese stand at room temperature to soften.

2Combine cheese, juice, garlic powder and pepper.
