- 2 (15 oz.) cans chili (with beans)
- 30 Ritz crackers
- 1 c. sharp Cheddar cheese, shredded
- 2 tsp. instant minced onion
Directions

1Spoon 1/3 of the chili onto bottom of a 10 x 6 x 1 1/2-inch baking dish. Arrange 1/2 the crackers over chili.

2Sprinkle with 1/2 the cheese and onion. Repeat layer. Top with remaining 1/3 chili.

3Bake in a 400° oven for 20 minutes.
