- 1 large egg
- 1/2 cup milk
- 2 cups grated cheddar cheese
- salt (to taste)
- 1 (4 ounce) can green chilies (drained)
- 1 1/4 cups all-purpose flour (1/4 cup less if you fresh chilies)
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1 cup Rice Krispies
Directions

1Preheat oven to 375°F.

2Mix together in a bowl: egg, milk, salt (if using) cheese and the drained chillies.

3Sift the flour together with the baking powder over the bowl and mix well.

4Now add the rice krispies, and mix again.

5Place rounded teaspoons on greased but better still, lined with parchment paper, baking trays and bake for 10 to 12 minutes.
