  • 4 boneless chicken breasts
  • 1 large onion
  • 2 c. chicken broth
  • 1/2 c. chopped green chilies
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 can cream of celery soup
  • 1 pkg. flat tortillas
  • 1/2 lb. grated sharp cheese
  • garlic to taste

Directions

    Cook chicken and save broth.

    Saute onion in your 2 cups broth (saved) along with garlic to taste.

    Add green chilies and soups (set aside).

    Tear up tortillas (set aside).

    Chop chicken and add to broth and soup mixture.

    Pour half into casserole dish.

    Layer 1/2 of tortillas, then remainder of chicken and remainder of tortillas.

    Cover with cheese.

    Bake at 325° for 35 minutes.
