  • 16 oz. uncooked noodles
  • 1/2 c. chopped onion
  • 2 Tbsp. oleo
  • 3 cans cream of mushroom soup or mushroom/chicken
  • 2 Tbsp. chopped green chilies
  • 4 c. cut up chicken, cooked
  • salt and pepper
  • small can black olives
  • 2 to 3 c. shredded cheese

Directions

    Cook noodles; drain.

    Cook onion in oleo.
  3. 3
    Add rest of ingredients and noodles and some cheese.

    Put in greased casserole and top with remaining cheese.

    Bake uncovered at 350° for 45 minutes.
