- 16 oz. uncooked medium noodles
- 1/2 c. chopped onion
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 3 cans mushroom soup
- 1 (4 oz.) can chopped pimento
- 2 Tbsp. jalapeno peppers, finely chopped, pickled
- 3 to 4 c. chopped Fri Chick (2 small cans; save gravy)
- 3 c. shredded sharp Cheddar
- salt to taste
- pepper to taste
Directions

1Cook noodles as directed on package; drain.

2In a large skillet, cook and stir onions in butter until tender.

3Stir in soup, pimento and jalapeno peppers and gravy from Fri Chick.

4In a 4-quart casserole layer 1/2 noodles and 1/2 the soup mixture and 1/2 the cheese.

5Repeat.

6Bake, uncovered, at 350° for 45 minutes. Serves 8 to 12.
